The Majestic 12 Document - USA
Majestic 12, also known as Majic-12, and MJ-12 for short, is a purported organization that appeared in 1984, and that some UFO conspiracy theories still claim to have existed. The organization is claimed to be the code name of an alleged secret committee of scientists, military leaders, and government officials, formed in 1947 by an executive order by U.S. President Harry S. Truman to facilitate recovery and investigation of alien spacecraft.
COMETA Report - France
The COMETA report is an unofficial 1999 report published by the French association COMETA (Comité d'Études Approfondies—Committee for In-Depth Studies) on unidentified aerospace phenomena (UAP), commonly known as unidentified flying objects (UFOs). The report was titled UFOs and Defense: What Should We Prepare For? and an archive was made public in 2007 by GEIPAN, the French unit responsible for researching and investigating unidentified aerospace phenomena (UAPs).
